What we mean by "sale" and "sharing"
- Sale — disclosure of personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration.
- Sharing — disclosure of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether for consideration or not.
spin-master.xyz uses third-party advertising and affiliate-tracking partners that may receive identifiers (IP, cookies, device IDs) considered "sharing" under CPRA. Opting out stops those data flows for your device.
Categories of personal info we may share
- Online identifiers (IP, cookie/device IDs)
- Internet activity (page views, referring URL, time-on-page)
- Approximate geolocation (city level, derived from IP)
Your other rights under CCPA/CPRA
- Right to know — what we collect, why, who we share with
- Right to delete — your personal info on request
- Right to correct — inaccurate personal info
- Right to non-discrimination — same service price/quality if you exercise these rights
- Right to limit use of sensitive PI — restrict secondary uses of sensitive data
